Tower at 1301 Gervais, High-rise office building in Columbia, South Carolina.

The Tower at 1301 Gervais stands 278 feet tall with 20 floors, featuring dark glazing and anodized aluminum columns that create a uniform exterior appearance.

After its completion in 1973 by architectural firm Lyles, Bissett, Carlisle, and Wolff, the structure served as headquarters for Bankers Trust until 1983.

The building exemplifies modern commercial architecture of the 1970s, representing Columbia's expansion beyond its traditional Main Street business corridor.
