The four interconnected buildings of One Letterman span 872,000 square feet within a 23-acre campus featuring a 17-acre public park.
The center opened in 2005 on the former site of Letterman Army Hospital, named after Dr. Jonathan Letterman from the Civil War period.
The public lobby in Building B displays a collection of Lucasfilm memorabilia, including original props and costumes from Star Wars films.
The facility includes underground parking for 1500 vehicles, a farm-to-table restaurant, and a 295-seat THX certified Premier Theater.
A bronze statue of Yoda stands near Building B entrance, welcoming visitors to this technological hub where Industrial Light & Magic creates visual effects.
