Ironstone Vineyards

Ironstone Vineyards is a large winery situated on a 12.5-acre estate with gardens, underground wine caves, and an outdoor amphitheater. The seven-story main building takes its form from a historic gold stamp mill, creating a distinctive visual anchor for the property.

Founded in 1990, the winery pioneered the production of Chardonnay and diverse grape varieties in the Lodi region. John and Gail Kautz shaped the establishment's early direction and influenced local wine growing practices.

The Heritage Museum displays Native American Miwok artifacts alongside a large gold specimen. Visitors can explore the region's past through objects connected to its original inhabitants and early mining activities.
