Fall Creek State Recreation Site

Fall Creek State Recreation Site encompasses multiple parks surrounding Fall Creek Reservoir with boat ramps, picnic areas, and camping facilities along the shoreline.

Fall Creek Lake was constructed in 1965 as part of a flood control project to manage water levels in the Willamette River watershed system.

The recreation area provides environmental education programs that teach visitors about local ecosystems and wildlife preservation methods throughout the park grounds.

The North Shore day-use area features both high and low-water boat ramps with parking spaces for vehicles and boat trailers from April through October.

The park maintains life jacket loaner stations at North Shore and Winberry locations, offering various sizes to ensure water safety for all visitors.
