Park Avenue West Tower

Park Avenue West Tower is a modern office building in downtown Portland that combines commercial, retail, and residential spaces across its floors. The structure serves multiple purposes within a single location, supporting the city's mixed-use development model.

The building began construction in 2008 but paused in 2009, leaving an incomplete site for several years before work resumed. Development finally finished in 2016 after the project restarted in 2013.

This building shows how Portland integrates work, shopping, and living spaces together in one structure. The mixed-use approach reflects how the city wants different activities to coexist in its downtown core.
