Lincoln Square, Mixed-use skyscraper complex in Bellevue, Washington, US

Lincoln Square is a mixed-use development on Bellevue Way in Bellevue, Washington, between NE 6th and NE 8th streets. Its main tower is a 27-story office building whose facade is a grid of glass and gray-brown panels in vertical bands, with the upper floors stepping back slightly below a flat top carrying the word WESTIN. A lower section connects to the tower at ground level, and the complex also holds retail and restaurant space, a 16-screen IMAX cinema, a 337-room Westin hotel, 148 residences and underground parking.

Lincoln Square was conceived in the late 1990s by Westbank Projects and Lendlease, but the dot-com crash led Drugstore.com to withdraw. Opus Northwest won the auction, then sold the rights to Kemper Freeman in 2003 for $40 million. The first phase opened in November 2005; the $1.2 billion Lincoln Square South expansion finished in January 2017.

Lincoln Square forms part of The Bellevue Collection together with Bellevue Square and Bellevue Place, all owned by developer Kemper Freeman. A skybridge links it to Bellevue Square, so visitors can walk between the two without going outside. Its tenants range from Eddie Bauer's headquarters to The Pokémon Company International and Valve.

The building offers convenient access to public transportation options with shops and dining venues throughout the lower two levels. The open layout makes navigation straightforward for visitors and commuters.

A skybridge links Lincoln Square to the Bellevue Square mall, so visitors can walk between the two without going outside. The complex also holds a 16-screen cinema with IMAX. Video game company Valve moved its headquarters here in 2016.
