Rosalie Whyel Museum of Doll Art

The Rosalie Whyel Museum of Doll Art was an art museum in Bellevue devoted entirely to the history and craft of dolls. The collection featured over 1,200 dolls from different countries and periods, ranging from antique handmade pieces to contemporary art dolls, showcasing diverse manufacturing methods and styles.

The museum opened in 1992 and became recognized as a significant collection dedicated to doll art and craftsmanship in the United States. It closed its doors in 2012, after which the building was repurposed for a different educational focus.
