King George Hub

King George Hub is a mixed-use development in Surrey's city center that combines office buildings, retail stores, and residential towers in one connected location. The development began in 2012 when the first phase started, with the main Coast Capital Savings headquarters building finished in early 2016. This initial phase created the foundation for expanding the site into the larger complex it is today.
