M Resort, Luxury hotel and casino in Henderson, Nevada

M Resort Spa Casino is a boutique hotel and casino at the southeast corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and St. Rose Parkway in Henderson, eight miles south of the Las Vegas Strip. Marnell Corrao Associates designed and built it: a 16-story tower with 390 rooms, a 92,000 sq ft casino, and a 9,300 sq m pool and entertainment plaza. A second tower opened in late 2025, raising the room count to 765.

Anthony Marnell III proposed the resort, named for his family, and his father's firm Marnell Corrao Associates designed and built it on the site of the former Last Call Tavern truck stop. Construction began on September 1, 2007, and the M opened at 10:00 p.m. on March 1, 2009, two months early and under budget. Penn National Gaming bought the resort's debt in 2010 and took full ownership in 2011.

The M is named after the Marnell family, whose firm Marnell Corrao Associates designed and built it. Anthony Marnell III aimed the resort at local residents, estimating 80 percent of revenue would come from them, and recreated the value and service reputation of the Rio, where several executives had worked. Since 2019 the hotel has been rented out before Las Vegas Raiders home games.

The resort sits at the southeast corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and St. Rose Parkway, just east of Interstate 15, eight miles south of the Las Vegas Strip. California drivers on I-15 see it first when entering the valley. The site covers 80 acres, with a gas station on the property.

The M's illuminated sign, an angular letter M with two curved arcs behind it, faces Interstate 15, so California drivers see the resort before any other in the valley. The site was previously a Last Call Tavern truck stop, and the resort opened two months ahead of schedule and under budget.
