The Grandview at Las Vegas

The Grandview at Las Vegas is a large residential complex south of Las Vegas Boulevard with eight buildings containing more than 2000 units. The property spans a sizable area and includes multiple swimming pools, recreational facilities, and gaming options on its grounds.

Construction of the first phase began in 2003 when the Penta Building Group commissioned Allen + Philp Architects from Scottsdale for the design. The project grew over time into a multi-tower residential community with varying building heights.

The property integrates recreational features including five heated swimming pools, mini-golf courses, and gaming facilities for family entertainment.

The resort sits about 6 miles south of the main Las Vegas Strip, making it accessible via public transport and regular shuttle services. Guest units include full kitchens and modern bathrooms designed for both short and extended stays.
