The Grandview at Las Vegas is a timeshare resort at 9940 South Las Vegas Boulevard in Enterprise, Nevada, south of the Strip. It occupies 26.49 acres and consists of eight buildings between 12 and 20 floors, with 2,256 units in total. The towers were designed by Allen + Philp Architects of Scottsdale, Arizona.

Construction began in 2003 with Penta Building Group as general contractor and Berkley Group of Fort Lauderdale as developer; Allen + Philp Architects of Scottsdale designed the first two 12-story towers, together holding 384 units. A third 12-story tower followed in November 2004, and in May 2005 Eldorado Resorts announced plans for about ten towers, aiming at over 2,000 units. A 400-unit tower opened in May 2009, and a 20-story tower was under construction by September 2013, raising the total from 1,556 to 1,856 units.

The Grandview Lounge at the neighbouring South Point Hotel Casino and Spa, opened in 2010, takes its name from the timeshare. The resort is owned by Eldorado Resorts Corporation of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, which began developing the site in 2003. Its first two towers, 196 units each, were sold out by May 2005.

The resort stands at 9940 South Las Vegas Boulevard in Enterprise, Nevada, south of the Strip and next to the South Point Hotel Casino and Spa. Guests arriving by car use the boulevard entrance; the eight buildings are numbered and rise from 12 to 20 floors, so check the tower number on your key packet before setting out.

The Grandview was planned to become the largest timeshare complex in the United States, with roughly one new tower built each year. Its first two towers, 196 units each, sold out before the later phases were finished. The adjacent South Point Hotel Casino and Spa named its Grandview Lounge after the property in 2010.
