The District at Green Valley Ranch is a mixed-use development in Henderson, Nevada, split across two parcels divided by South Green Valley Parkway. Its first phase, opened in 2004, comprises seven buildings totaling 406,260 sq ft, including a three-story office building of 65,000 sq ft on the southeast corner and 88 condominium units above ground-floor retail. A second phase opened in 2005 on a separate parcel to the east.

The complex opened in April 2004 as the first development of its kind in the Las Vegas Valley, introducing a format that mixed living and shopping in a single walkable area. A second construction phase was completed in August 2005, adding more space to the original layout.

American Nevada president John Kilduff described the plan as a "pedestrian-friendly Main Street concept", modelled on the downtowns of small towns in the Northeastern and Midwest United States. He said it would look as if the centre had been built over 60 or 70 years, passing through different neighbourhoods, one building brick and the next stucco.

The complex is split across two parcels divided by South Green Valley Parkway, so plan to cross that road to see both phases. A pedestrian walkway once ran between the first-phase buildings; since October 2013 it has been a street with 45 angled parking spaces leading toward the Green Valley Ranch resort. Residents park in a 150-space underground garage.

The complex opened with 88 condominium units that had originally been planned as apartments, and a 150-space parking facility was built underground for residents. A carousel stood at the District until it was excluded from the 2011 sale and removed.
