The District at Green Valley Ranch

The District at Green Valley Ranch is a mixed-use retail and residential complex in Henderson featuring shops, dining venues, offices, and apartment units organized across multiple interconnected buildings. Major national retailers like Anthropologie and REI share space with various restaurants including Lucille's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que and P.F. Chang's.

The complex opened in April 2004 as the first mixed-use development in the Las Vegas Valley, introducing a new approach to building in the region. A second phase of construction was completed in August 2005, expanding the original concept.

The buildings draw inspiration from traditional downtown streets in the Northeast and Midwest, creating a village-like feeling when you walk through. People gather here not just to shop but to experience the kind of streetscape that feels more like a neighborhood than a shopping center.
