Delano Las Vegas, Luxury hotel and skyscraper on Las Vegas Strip, Nevada

Delano Las Vegas is a 43-story gold-glass tower within the Mandalay Bay complex on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada, with 1,117 suites. Its sheer facade of reflective gold panes is divided by narrow vertical grey mullions, and "DELANO" stands in dark capitals on a pale band near the top; the attached lower wing reads "MANDALAY BAY". The tower rises from a grey base with visible columns.

The tower opened on December 17, 2003, as part of an expansion effort for the Mandalay Bay property. Originally operating under the name THEhotel, the building was later rebranded and underwent interior updates to reflect a new design direction.

The hotel's name changed with its ownership: opened in 2003 as THEhotel at Mandalay Bay, renamed Delano in 2014 after an $80 million interior renovation inspired by Delano South Beach in Miami with a Mojave Desert theme and much white coloring, then rebranded W Las Vegas in December 2024. The tower kept its gold glass exterior through each change.

The tower sits northwest of the Mandalay Bay main building and has its own porte-cochère, check-in area, restaurants and spa, so guests do not cross the casino to register. The hotel has no gambling floor of its own; the Mandalay Bay casino is reached on foot. Suites are all-suite, and dogs have been allowed since 2011.

The tower's top floor holds the Skyfall lounge and the Alain Ducasse restaurant Rivea, not a poolside venue. The building opened in 2003 with the same gold glass exterior as Mandalay Bay, and its top sign read identically until 2006, when it was changed to THEhotel to mark the tower as a separate property.
