Delano Las Vegas, Luxury hotel and skyscraper on Las Vegas Strip, Nevada
Delano Las Vegas is a 43-story skyscraper standing 148 meters (486 feet) tall at the southern end of the Las Vegas Strip, forming part of the Mandalay Bay complex. Its suites measure about 725 square feet (67 square meters) each and include two bathrooms, spacious seating areas, and complete entertainment amenities.
The tower opened on December 17, 2003, as part of an expansion effort for the Mandalay Bay property. Originally operating under the name THEhotel, the building was later rebranded and underwent interior updates to reflect a new design direction.
The property reflects contemporary design mixed with Asian influences, especially visible in the Bathhouse Spa where interior details create a calm environment. Visitors notice these thoughtful design choices set the space apart from the surrounding city.
The hotel offers spacious suites designed for extended stays with comprehensive amenities for comfort and convenience. Guests benefit from the location within a larger resort complex that provides access to additional dining, recreation, and relaxation facilities.
The top-floor Mix Lounge offers citywide views while providing direct access to the wave pool and lazy river of the surrounding Mandalay Bay resort. This combination of height and proximity to water creates an unusual connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
