The Signature at MGM Grand, Condo hotel and skyscraper in Paradise, Nevada
The Signature at MGM Grand consists of three separate towers, each with 38 floors and gold glass exteriors that connect directly to the main resort. The three towers hold a total of 1,728 units, accessible to guests through an enclosed walkway system that links to MGM Grand's amenities.
The project began in 2002 through a partnership between MGM Mirage and Turnberry Associates, replacing the space left by the closed MGM Grand Adventures Theme Park. This development marked a shift in the resort's direction, moving away from theme park attractions toward residential living.
The property shows how Las Vegas evolved toward offering luxury living spaces, blending long-term residences with temporary hotel stays under one resort roof.
The towers sit directly next to MGM Grand Resort, giving easy access to all its facilities without leaving the connected complex. Visitors can walk between the towers and the main resort through covered passages, making navigation straightforward.
Although the three towers look identical, they operate as separate buildings with different management structures and can function independently from each other. This arrangement allows each tower to maintain its own operations while still being part of the larger resort complex.
