Veer Towers

Veer Towers are two 37-story residential buildings on the Las Vegas Strip containing 670 living units total, each rising 480 feet (146 meters) into the sky. The complex features a rooftop pool, fitness center, media room, pet park, and conference facilities alongside around-the-clock security services.

Construction began in 2007 and finished in 2010, making these towers the first fully residential component of the CityCenter development. This project marked a shift in how the Las Vegas Strip was redeveloped during the years following the financial crisis.

The main entrance displays mud drawings by artist Richard Long, created using authentic material from the River Avon in England. These artworks shape how visitors first experience the complex and reflect the broader artistic vision of the development.

The towers sit directly on the Las Vegas Strip and are easily reached on foot from downtown. Keep in mind this is a private residential building, so access to interior amenities may be limited for visitors.

The two towers tilt in opposite directions at five-degree angles, giving them a distinctive leaning profile. The yellow glass panels of the facade are visually striking and also reflect sunlight to reduce energy consumption.
