KA Cirque du Soleil

KA Cirque du Soleil is a modern circus theater at MGM Grand in Las Vegas that combines martial arts, acrobatics, and puppetry on a mechanical stage. The stage rotates vertically through 360 degrees, creating different performance levels throughout the show.

The theater opened in 2004 as part of the MGM Grand complex and introduced technical innovations in stage mechanics. These advances transformed how traditional circus performances could be designed and experienced.

The show tells a story of imperial twins through synchronized acrobatics and martial arts, accompanied by orchestral music that enhances each scene. Visitors experience a blend of Eastern movement traditions and Western circus performance.

Shows run multiple times per week with performances lasting about 90 minutes without an intermission. The venue offers various seating options to suit different preferences and viewing angles.

The stage contains five movable platforms that create different environments, from vertical climbing walls to horizontal surfaces for combat scenes. This modular structure keeps each performance visually varied throughout.
