The estate dates back to 1365, marked by an engraved milestone, and achieved its Grand Cru status in 1981 after decades of effort by the Rodier family.
The vineyard exemplifies Burgundian winemaking traditions with its limestone walls, hand-harvested grapes, and precise cultivation methods that express the local terroir.
The winery requires advance reservations for guided tours and tastings, with visits available throughout the year except during the harvest period.
The property maintains 9,000 vines per hectare and follows strict regulations limiting production to 35 hectoliters per hectare to ensure wine quality.
