Maison de maître de la Charpenterie

The three-story structure features plastered facades and maintains its original observation tower plus surrounding outbuildings including corner pavilions.

The house was built in 1820 by Florent-Auguste-Amant Lemercier-Lepré, a member of Angers' wealthy families, replacing earlier structures from the 17th century. This construction reflects the modernization of estates by the rising bourgeoisie in the region.
