The Maison de la Masselière presents a neoclassical design with a central building connected to two wings and three distinct pavilions on the grounds.
The mansion, constructed in 1821, belonged to a succession of notable families including the Charlery dynasty, who served as salt warehouse officers.
The interior contains several preserved features including a room with panoramic wallpapers, marble-decorated staircases, and an octagonal reception room.
The property received official protection status on February 15, 2007, and documentation about the site is available at the Heritage Media Library in Charenton-le-Pont.
The estate has remained in the possession of the same family lineage for over four centuries, encompassing woodlands, farmland, and wetland areas.
