Bridge building, Office building in Val de Seine, France
The Bridge building is an office tower with 8 floors reaching about 37 meters in height, defined by clean lines and contemporary materials. The facade combines glass and metal in a modern design language typical of current commercial architecture.
Construction began in 2021 as part of the redevelopment of the Val de Seine business district. The project represented a wave of commercial modernization happening across the region.
French architect Jean-Paul Viguier incorporated modern design principles that reflect current architectural trends in commercial structures.
The building is conveniently located next to major transportation hubs in Issy-les-Moulineaux and is easily accessible by public transit. The location on Quai du Président-Roosevelt also gives pedestrians direct access to the waterfront.
Located on Quai du Président-Roosevelt, the structure represents the latest addition to the expanding commercial landscape of Val de Seine.
