Cranmer House

Cranmer House is a two-story residence with stuccoed walls in Italian Renaissance style, designed by architect Jacques Benedict in 1917. The property retains its original architectural features and sits on less than one acre of land.

The house was built in 1917 for George E. Cranmer, a city official who oversaw Denver's parks and public improvements. In the late 1920s, architect Burnham Hoyt added architectural elements including a dormer that enhanced the building's design.
