Shangri-La, Streamline Moderne mansion in Denver, United States.
The silver-trimmed mansion spans 8,000 square feet across 13 rooms, featuring a two-story Art Deco entrance made of concrete and glass block.
Movie theater owner Harry E. Huffman commissioned architect Raymond Harry Ervin to build this residence in 1937, modeling it after the monastery from Lost Horizon film.
The mansion received recognition from Architectural Record in 1939 as one of Denver's finest buildings, representing the Streamline Moderne architectural movement.
Located on Shangri La Drive, the property maintains its original architectural features and landscaping plan from its 1938 construction.
The entrance hall contains a grand staircase leading to the upper floor, replicating the exact design from the Lost Horizon film set.
