Canada's Aviation Hall of Fame

The museum displays extensive collections of aviation artifacts, documents, and photographs within The Hangar Flight Museum, featuring exhibits on multiple floors.

Established in 1973, the institution has inducted more than 248 individuals and 26 organizations for their contributions to Canadian aviation and aerospace development.

The reference library maintains 2,500 books and 12,000 periodicals documenting Canadian aviation achievements, available for research by appointment.

Visitors can explore the main floor exhibits about inducted members and access additional displays on the mezzanine level throughout regular opening hours.

The museum preserves personal items from inducted members, including licenses, logbooks, uniforms, medals, trophies, and correspondence from Canadian aviation pioneers.
