Hoi Mei Wan Beach, Public beach in Tsuen Wan District, Hong Kong.

Hoi Mei Wan Beach is a gazetted public beach on Castle Peak Road at Ting Kau, at the Tsuen Wan–Sham Tseng boundary, below the Airport Core Programme Exhibition Centre. It is a natural sandy beach with large rocks on the sand, beside Twin Peaks Bay, managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department. It has three barbecue pits, changing rooms, showers, toilets and bathing sheds, and looks out to the Ting Kau and Tsing Ma bridges.

Hoi Mei Wan Beach was gazetted by the Hong Kong Government in 1979. From May 1995 the Tsuen Wan District beaches were closed during construction of the Ting Kau and Tsing Ma bridges, with poor water quality and suspended lifeguard service. After disinfection facilities at Stonecutters Island improved water quality, the beach reopened for swimming on 15 June 2011, alongside Lido, Casam Beach and Approach Beach.

Families use the designated barbecue zones on weekends, preparing and sharing meals together while spending time in the outdoor setting.

The beach sits on Castle Peak Road at Ting Kau, below the Airport Core Programme Exhibition Centre, and is reached by bus along that road. Facilities include three barbecue pits, changing rooms, showers, toilets and bathing sheds. The sand holds large rocks of varying size, so watch your footing near the water.

The beach is also known as Castle Peak Road 11¾ miles, and its sand holds large rocks of varying sizes. Track-and-field enthusiasts use these rocks to practise hurdling, a use noted in local descriptions of the beach.
