Casam Beach, Bathing beach in Tsuen Wan District, Hong Kong

Casam Beach is a small natural sandy beach in Tsuen Wan District, Hong Kong, lying immediately beside Lido Beach at Ting Kau. It is the smallest bathing beach in the district: the whole beach can be crossed in about 30 seconds. It is reached on foot by a narrow path running alongside Lido Beach.

The beach reopened in 2011 following major water quality improvements carried out by Hong Kong environmental authorities. These restoration efforts ensured the site could safely serve swimmers again.

The name "Casam" is Latin for "small house", rendered in Chinese as the phonetic 更生 (Gang Sang). The beach is reached by a narrow footpath from neighbouring Lido Beach, and a walk across it takes about 30 seconds, the smallest bathing beach in Tsuen Wan District. It has only a bathing hut; toilets and changing rooms are at the east end of Lido Beach, 6 to 10 minutes away on foot.
