The Villa Marina contains multiple spaces including the Royal Hall, Broadway Cinema, Promenade Suite, and Colonnade Suite overlooking Douglas Bay.
W. Alban Jones designed the Villa Marina through an open competition, and construction was completed in 1913 on the former estate of George Steuart.
The venue presents theatrical productions, cinema screenings, indoor sports events, and musical performances throughout the year in its multiple halls.

The gardens surrounding Villa Marina feature landscaped grounds that previously belonged to a mansion house with greenhouses dating back to 1806.
