The Delugan Meissl Tower is a residential building on Wienerberg hill in Vienna with 37 floors and 370 apartments of varying sizes. The structure rises about 108 meters and features floor-to-ceiling windows throughout its facades.
The building was constructed between 2003 and 2005 and marked a turning point in Vienna's urban development toward modern residential complexes. At that time, the city began to set new architectural accents in its urban space.
The tower shapes the cityscape through its triangular form and integrated balconies, reflecting modern Vienna. Its design shows how contemporary residential architecture fits into the historic city.
The building is served by three elevators and offers apartments ranging from 30 to 80 square meters. A fitness center for residents is located on the 19th floor.
The building displays two different facade types that adapt to surrounding contexts. The specially designed balconies are engineered to reduce railway noise.
