Hohe Villerspitze, Mountain summit in Tyrol, Austria
The Hohe Villerspitze rises to 3,087 meters with three distinct peaks formed from amphibolite rock in the Southeastern Sellrain Mountains of the Stubai Alps.
Carl Gsaller completed the first documented climb of Hohe Villerspitze on July 20, 1887, establishing its presence in Austrian mountaineering records.
The mountain stands as a natural monument in the Austrian alpine landscape, representing the regional geographical features of the northern Stubai mountain range.
Climbers access the summit through the northwest ridge, rated UIAA grade II, with the Franz-Senn-Hütte providing accommodation from mid-February to early October.
The mountain features three separate peaks at different elevations: 3,087 meters for the southwestern tower, 3,081 meters for the middle, and 3,024 meters northwestern.
