City Centre Bangladesh reaches a height of 171 meters with 37 floors, serving as a central commercial complex in the Motijheel district of Dhaka.
The construction of this modern building started in 2004 and marked a turning point in Bangladesh's architecture when it opened its doors in April 2013.
The building represents the transformation of Dhaka's urban landscape, incorporating modern design elements that shape the contemporary identity of Bangladesh's capital.
Ten floors of the structure provide parking facilities, while the remaining levels house offices, meeting spaces, and commercial establishments across 44,817 square meters.
Before this structure's completion, no building in Bangladesh exceeded 150 meters, making it the first to establish this vertical milestone in the country.
