Mirsarai Economic Zone is an industrial park situated along the Dhaka-Chattogram Highway with manufacturing plants, warehouses, and modern transportation connections. The area provides space for multiple industries and is equipped with roads, power supply, and communication networks.
The zone was established in 2010 as part of a national development program to industrialize Bangladesh and attract foreign investment. Since then, it has evolved into a major manufacturing hub with numerous factories operating across its land.
The zone integrates local workforce development programs with industrial growth, creating employment opportunities for communities in the Chattogram Division region.
The park is located about 60 kilometers from Chattogram and is accessible via the main highway. Visitors should note that this is an active industrial area and not all sections are freely accessible.
The development includes 152 approved industrial units across 5,251 acres, with collective investments exceeding 18 billion US dollars by 2024.
