Château de Moha, Medieval castle ruin in Wanze, Belgium.
The stone fortress stands at the meeting point of Mehaigne and Fosseroule rivers, featuring remaining walls and foundations within a natural park.
Built in the eleventh century, the castle served as a stronghold for the Counts of Moha and Prince-Bishops of Liège until its capture by Huy inhabitants in 1376.
The castle grounds host medieval reenactments throughout the year, featuring knight fights and storytellers who share tales of regional traditions.
Located at 97 Rue du Madot in Wanze, the site opens from April to October on weekdays between 10:00 and 16:00 with free individual admission.
The castle site includes an escape game experience in the Secret Library and offers draisine rides on old railway tracks through the Mehaigne valley.
