The Europacentrum rises 103.9 meters into the sky with its steel and glass structure containing 33 floors of residential units.
Built between 1967 and 1969 by architect L. Sorée, this building replaced the former city theater of Ostend.
The ground floor houses numerous shops and establishments, creating a social gathering point for residents and visitors of Ostend.
The building includes five floors dedicated to parking spaces, providing convenient access for residents and commercial visitors.
Located just 80 meters from the beach, this building remained the tallest residential structure in Belgium until the construction of Up-site in Brussels.
