Virginie Loveling building

The Virginie Loveling building consists of a 90-meter high tower with 22 floors and a horizontal wing forming an L-shaped structure.

The building, completed in 2014, marked the final development of Flemish Administrative Centers initiated in 1999 to position civil service offices near major train stations.

The structure includes an exhibition hall, auditorium, and multipurpose venues that serve both government employees and local community functions.

The facility houses 1,300 civil servants across 38,000 square meters of office space, with an underground parking garage and direct access to public transportation.

Large prefabricated facade elements arranged in a checkerboard pattern combine structural support, insulation, and facing brick into single components.
