Fundamental library of the Belarusian State University

The Fundamental Library of Belarusian State University is a multi-story research facility with approximately 820 reading spaces spread across its floors. Its collection covers numerous academic disciplines and is organized through both digital systems and physical shelving.

The library was established in 1926 with an initial collection of around 60,000 books. During World War II, it suffered substantial destruction and lost the majority of its materials, requiring major reconstruction afterward.
