Prince Edward Viaduct, Multi-level bridge in Don Valley, Toronto, Canada

The Prince Edward Viaduct stretches 494 meters across the Don Valley, connecting Bloor Street East with Danforth Avenue through five traffic lanes.

Edmund Burke designed this concrete and steel structure, which opened in 1918 following multiple referendums and construction costs of 2.5 million Canadian dollars.

The bridge appears in the 2004 film Resident Evil: Apocalypse under the name Ravens Gate Bridge, serving as a central location in the movie.

The structure incorporates dedicated bicycle lanes on both sides and accommodates subway trains on its lower deck, facilitating multiple transportation modes.

The Luminous Veil barrier, installed in 2003, consists of 9,000 steel rods extending along the entire length of the bridge structure.
