Withrow Park, Public park in Riverdale, Canada
Withrow Park spans 8.5 hectares with sports fields, a hockey rink, tobogganing hills, and tree-lined paths between Carlaw Avenue and Logan Avenue.
The park, established in 1910, bears the name of John Jacob Withrow, a local landowner who helped create the Canadian National Exhibition.
Throughout the year, the park hosts Shakespeare performances, artistic expressions, and a weekly farmers market that runs until late October.
The park contains multiple sports facilities, including baseball diamonds, soccer fields, and an outdoor ice rink for winter activities.
In 2008, the Toronto Maple Leafs professional hockey team conducted a practice session at the park to celebrate the renovation of its ice rink.
