King's-Edgehill School

King's-Edgehill School is an independent secondary institution serving students from grades 6 through 12 across a sprawling campus in Windsor. The grounds contain classrooms, outdoor athletic fields, gymnasiums, a swimming pool, and venues for music and theater performances.

The school was established in 1788 by Loyalist settlers and became the first educational institution anywhere in the British Empire to receive a Royal Charter in 1802. This founding privilege connected it to the early colonial education landscape in Canada.
