You can reach the summit via hiking trails from Bernina Pass or take the cable car, with the walking route taking roughly four hours round trip. In summer the paths are well-marked and easy to follow, while conditions in winter are considerably more challenging.
The mountain contains one of the steepest groomed slopes in Grisons canton, with a gradient of 86 degrees. This run attracts experienced skiers seeking a special challenge.
