Broadway Mansions is an Art Deco hotel located at the intersection of Suzhou Creek and Huangpu River with a distinctive eight-shaped floor plan across 19 stories. It contains 253 rooms, multiple dining options, conference spaces, and connects directly to the Waibaidu Bridge area and surrounding waterfront neighborhoods.

Built in 1934 by P & T Architects, the structure originally served as residential apartments for foreign residents in Shanghai. Following the Chinese Revolution, it transformed into a hotel and took on a new function in the city's development.

The building reflects Western Art Deco design from the 1930s that shaped Shanghai's international character during that era. Its architectural style shows how foreign architects influenced the city while responding to local building traditions and needs.
