Description
Playa de Beihai extends for about 24 kilometers along the Guangxi coast with a width ranging from about 30 to 300 meters. The sand consists of quartz grains that give the beach its light appearance.

The beach underwent significant improvements after 2008 to address water quality issues. Regular maintenance programs have since helped establish it as a recreational destination.
