Diwang International Commerce Center

The Diwang International Commerce Center is a 276-meter-tall building with a glass and steel facade that extends over 54 above-ground floors. The architecture combines office spaces with retail and hotel facilities within a single complex.

The building was completed in 2006 and marked an important turning point in Nanning's development as a modern city. Its construction represented a step in the region's economic expansion during that period.

The center reflects Nanning's position as a regional economic hub and symbolizes China's urban modernization in the early 21st century. Office spaces, hotels, and retail areas here shape the appearance of a contemporary Chinese city.

The complex features 28 elevators to serve the various floors and ease movement through the large structure. Visitors can access ground-level areas through multiple entrances where shops and restaurants are easily reached.

The building features three underground levels beneath the visible tower that add substantial functionality to the structure. These hidden areas provide parking and concealed retail spaces that expand the true scale of the complex.
