The apartment buildings here bear names inspired by traditional Chinese lakes, mountains, dynasties, and flowers, connecting everyday life to classical geography. This naming approach reflects how the development honors cultural elements in its design.

The estate connects directly to two MTR stations for easy transportation, while the attached Cityplaza shopping center offers shops and dining options. Recreational facilities are distributed across different areas throughout the development for convenient access.
