Felicity Garden

Felicity Garden is a residential estate in Sai Wan Ho with four towers containing more than 700 apartments of varying sizes. The buildings sit directly above the MTR station with a direct access connection.

The estate resulted from a partnership between the Urban Council, New World Development Company, and MTR Corporation, completing in 1990. This collaboration between public authorities and private developers shaped the neighborhood's growth at that time.

The residential complex shares its lower levels with public facilities like a civic center, sports center, and municipal market. This mixed-use arrangement creates an active meeting point where residents and visitors interact throughout the day.

The estate provides direct access to the MTR station through multiple exits for quick connections across the city. Several bus routes serve the area, connecting it to different parts of Hong Kong.

About half of the apartments include extra work spaces and storage areas, a feature that suits modern working styles. This flexibility makes the units appealing to different types of residents.
