Riviera TwinStar Square comprises two identical office towers that form a prominent commercial complex in the city's financial core. The structures share a unified architectural language and house numerous corporate offices across their many levels.
The twin towers were built during the 2000s as part of Shanghai's rapid commercial expansion. This project represented a major addition to the city's office market during that period.
The fusion of American architectural expertise from Arquitectonica and local knowledge from East China Architectural Design Institute produced this modern commercial complex.
The complex features underground levels that house parking and building systems, keeping the ground level open and accessible. This arrangement makes navigation straightforward for visitors and workers arriving at the site.
The towers feature custom lighting systems that create distinctive visual effects after dark. This illumination makes the facades particularly noticeable in the city's nighttime view.
