The three-story castle features a mansard roof, central risalit, and pilaster structuring, complemented by surrounding outbuildings in its courtyard.
Built in the 15th century, the castle remained in possession of the Freiherren von Speth zu Schülzburg family until 2004, when Marietta von Massenbach acquired it.
The castle bears the coat of arms of the Freiherren von Speth in its gable peak, representing the noble heritage of Baden-Württemberg.

The structure incorporates elements from multiple architectural periods, with substantial renovations carried out between 1770 and 1776 under Freiherr Johann Baptist von Speth.
