Seebuck, Mountain summit in Black Forest, Germany
Seebuck reaches an elevation of 1,449.3 meters and forms part of the prominent ridge system within the Black Forest mountains of Baden-Württemberg.
The Bismarck Monument, constructed between 1895 and 1896 by Fridolin Dietsche, stands at the summit with a portrait medallion crafted by Wilhelm Pelargus.
The House of Nature educational center at the foot of Seebuck provides information about the Black Forest ecosystem and regional natural heritage.
Visitors can reach the summit through marked hiking trails from Feldberg-Ort, with access to shelters and dining facilities along the route.
The mountain features a steep eastern face that drops dramatically toward Feldsee lake, where the Seebach stream begins its journey to become the Wutach.
