St.-Georgskirche features pointed arches, ribbed vaults, and detailed brick architecture consistent with its Gothic Revival design principles established in 1909.
The construction of this church responded to the growth of the Catholic population in Pankow, which increased from 13,000 to 56,000 between 1905 and 1915.
The church maintains an active role within the Parish of Heilige Theresa von Avila Berlin Nordost, organizing regular masses and religious celebrations for the community.
Services take place every Sunday at 9:30 AM, with additional special masses held on religious holidays such as All Saints' Day at 7:00 PM.
The construction cost of 420,000 Marks included not only the church building but also a rectory and a convent within the church complex.
