Teufelskopf is a 695 m high elevation in the Irrwald, part of the Schwarzwälder Hochwald in the Hunsrück, rising between Waldweiler, Wadrill and Steinberg near the border of Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland. Its summit lies in the Waldweiler district, 1.7 km northeast of the Schimmelkopf and 1.4 km southwest of the Mückenbornberg. On the summit stands the disused Teufelskopf transmitter, whose 120 m guyed mast was built in 1962; the whole fenced site is closed to the public. The Wahnbach rises on the east flank, the Burkelsbach on the northwest flank.

The name Teufelskopf means "devil's head". The summit lies in the Irrwald, a forest name suggesting a confusing, pathless wood, and the surrounding district is the Schwarzwälder Hochwald.
