Boltenhagen pier

The 290-meter-long pier extends into the Baltic Sea, providing access to clear waters and views of the northern German coastline.

The original pier from 1911 measuring 300 meters was destroyed by ice, wind, and water during the winter of 1941/1942.

The pier forms a central gathering point for residents and visitors who participate in fishing activities and boat excursions throughout the year.

Visitors can reach the pier through the seafront promenade, which connects to the main beach area and includes facilities for various recreational activities.

The structure, completed in 1992 for 2.3 million Deutsche Mark, maintains maritime transport connections at its terminal point.
