Stadttheater Minden

Stadttheater Minden is a theatre designed in Baroque Revival style, with its distinctive architectural features rising notably from the surrounding urban landscape. The main hall accommodates around 500 spectators and displays a thoughtfully arranged interior with multiple levels and viewing areas.

The building was constructed between 1906 and 1908 by architects August Kersten and Paul Kanold, opening with a performance of Goethe's classical drama. Since its inception, it has operated as a cultural institution presenting diverse forms of theatre and performance.
