The architectural firm Albert Speer & Partner GmbH designed this office tower, which opened in May 2001 after a construction period of two years.
The building represents modern German corporate architecture with its rhombus-shaped floor plan and transparent glass facade defining the Mannheim skyline.
Each floor provides 760 square meters of adaptable office space, accommodating approximately 850 workstations across 22 office units per level.
The core structure of the Victoria Tower was completed in just 27 weeks, making it one of the fastest-constructed buildings of its size in Germany.
